FREE GIFTS

When there are free items there is a one free item per order policy. If you place an order for more than one free item you will be charged for each additional item.

SHIPPING

We usually ship in-stock orders within 24 hrs after receiving them.

If you order a title that we need to special order for you, we will usually have it to you within 7 business days.

We ship via Airborne Express Ground for $5.00, Airborne Express 2 Day for $10.00. Please note that your shipping may be upgraded or sent via another carrier. Orders to PO's, Alaska, Hawaii and Pureto Rico will be sent via U.S. mail.

These rates are for any size order (i.e. 1 or 100 items). Though most items are always in stock there may be times when an item is back ordered so all orders placed with the 2 and 3 day air option is guaranteed only from the time it leaves our warehouse.



RETURN POLICY

If the software you receive isn’t what you’d hoped for, you may return it for a refund within 7 days provided that it is unopened. We cannot give refunds for opened software under any circumstance. Although we can exchange purchases for the same title if the software arrives non-working. If you need to return your purchase, please contact CyberPuzzles.com via email. Reference the purchase date and invoice/packing slip number.
